Earlier this year I decided to replace my failing (15
year old) CD front end. I had finally found the time
to listen to music and I started scanning the used
market.
When a Shigaraki DAC showed up I decided to take a
chance and it was a very fortunate decision. It
sounded so good I just couldn't help but getting first
the amplifier and later the transport.
Each new element (from DAC to cables) was more of the
same, further improving on the ability bring life to
the music recorded in my CDs. The final addition has
been a pair of standmount speakers based on the
Mitsubishi Diatone P-610 wideband driver.
